Pregnancy brings many sensations to the body such as, lower back pain and hip tension to fatigue and emotional overwhelm.\u00a0Pregnancy and Postnatal Bodywork\u00a0in Berlin supports your body and nervous system regulation, so you feel more comfortable and resourced throughout your pregnancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After birth, your body moves through a delicate period of recovery.\u00a0Postnatal bodywork\u00a0<\/strong>focuses on restoration and integration. Offering you a space to slow down and receive. Sessions help relieve physical tension, support healing tissues, and create space for emotional processing during the early stages of parenthood.<\/p>\n\n\n

Rebozo Postpartum Closing Ritual in Berlin<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Rebozo postpartum closing ritual<\/strong> is a traditional practice inspired by Mexican healing traditions. This deeply restorative ritual honours the transition from pregnancy to motherhood and supports the physical and emotional integration after childbirth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ritual begins with a gentle abdominal massage using warm oils<\/strong>, helping the body soften, relax, and reconnect after birth. This massage supports circulation and encourages deep relaxation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the massage, traditional Mexican Rebozo cloths<\/strong> are used to gently wrap and support the body. The cloths provide a feeling of containment and grounding while supporting the bones, joints, and tissues that have shifted during pregnancy and birth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the ritual you will also be guided through a meditative process<\/strong>, allowing space to reflect on your birth experience and integrate the emotional aspects of postpartum life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Rebozo ritual symbolically closes the body after birth<\/strong>, supporting physical recovery while offering emotional and spiritual care during this important life transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
