I am a native English speaker living in Berlin. Through ROOTBORN I offer transformative bodywork and birth doula support. My guidance is drawn from; intuited, learnt & practical knowledge, applied tools, skills & embodied teachings, ritual and ceremonial practices.
Together we will cultivate and nourish your personal lineage aligning you towards your full potential; guiding you towards accessing the intrinsic knowledge and wisdom of your body and mind.

ABOUT SARAH
I was born in the UK and spent most of my life in London, where my children Leni (14) and Marlowe (11) were born. Many of the tools and practices I bring to my work have profoundly influenced my own transitions and personal growth over the past two decades, complemented by diverse life experiences and initiations. In my twenties, I trained and worked as an architect and design educator. Later, during the early years of parenthood, I shifted my focus to sculpture. I continue to practice and exhibit as a fine artist.
Since relocating to Berlin in 2017, I have pursued doula mentorship with Camalo Gaskin of Doula Pathways and bodywork training with Barbara Droubay of Animano. Through ROOTBORN, I honour a lifelong calling to support individuals through their various birth cycles, guiding them to reconnect with their intuitive wisdom.
