Rebozo cloth massage postnatal ritual

During your postnatal ritual my intention is to honor and nurture you after childbirth, acknowledging the profound physical and emotional changes you have undergone. I will first provide a soothing massage with warm oils to promote healing and relaxation. After the massage I will gently wrap your body with Mexican Rebozo cloth to support and realign your bones and tissues. I will then guide you into a meditation in which you will journey with any themes around your birth or postpartum that are most alive and in need of release or integration.

This ritual helps close the physical and energetic body opened during pregnancy and birth, offering you a sense of closure and grounding. Through this deeply restorative process, you will receive not only physical relief but also emotional and spiritual support, helping you transition into your new role with renewed strength and balance.
