Navigating birth together: How I support you

Your pregnancy and birth can be a transformative journey into the unknown, bringing emotional intensity and significant changes for your body, identity, and relationships.

As your guide, companion, and caregiver, I will support you and your family to navigate this time with consistency, authenticity, attentive listening, practical knowledge, intuition, and extensive life experience. My intention is to offer grounded presence and adapt my care and guidance to your needs.

I will accompany you with openness and acceptance, guiding you through this intimate journey without imposing a ‘right way’. Instead, offering you support towards trusting your preferences, needs, and intuition, and ensuring you have the necessary knowledge and tools to make safe, informed, and empowered decisions for your pregnancy and birth.

WHAT I OFFER

Doula support

Each family and pregnancy is unique and the support and guidance you want and need from me as your doula will reflect this and be informed by your personal preferences, situation and family constellation. If you are curious about working together please call me. I am very happy to have an in-person or online meeting to answer questions, hear your needs and feel into working together. Alongside being your doula I offer additional educational courses, bodywork sessions, and rituals for preparation and integration of this potent time.
